What is Included


Our venue features a modern grand hall with automatic garage doors to create an indoor/outdoor feel for your event. We include your tables, chairs, and floor plan set up. Along with portable 6ft white bars for your beverage service.


You won’t find a better view of the mountains for your wedding here in Pigeon Forge. Looking directly out at Mt LeConte, our patio spaces gives you plenty of room to host your ceremony and reception. Big or small, the outdoor patio under our bistro lights is the perfect setting to say “I Do” and dance the night away with your closest family and friends.


Our pricing includes a 13-hour rental, which means you have access to the entire property all day! We only host one wedding per day, so you can begin your wedding morning getting ready in our bridal suite and groom’s lounge while your vendors begin setting up upstairs in the venue!

Our Pricing

Pricing Range: On average, you can expect to spend between $6,000-$15,000k with us on the venue rental. Our lowest pricing starts at $6,000 and our highest rate is $15,500, which would be the most premium cost you could expect to spend on the venue. We have price ranges between those numbers based on day of the week and time of year you choose, with Saturdays being our peak days and Tuesday/Wednesday’s being our non-peak day. And September and October being our peak months, with January/February being off-peak season. On average, a full wedding budget is between $30,000 – $35,000 at our venue.

Date Reservation: You can make a reservation with 50% down towards your date. From there, we offer a payment plan for the remaining balance.
